InnoDB support is provided by MySQL AB and is included in all MySQL Enterprise support contracts at no extra charge. Detailed information about MySQL’s support offerings for MySQL Enterprise is found here.
You can order a technical support contract for MySQL Enterprise (including InnoDB) at the MySQL website.

Reporting Bugs and Discussing InnoDB

Since support for the built-in InnoDB storage engine in MySQL is provided by MySQL AB, please report bugs in InnoDB via the MySQL bug database.

You can discuss InnoDB and the other Innobase products (the InnoDB Plugin and InnoDB Hot Backup) on the
InnoDB Forums. These topical forums are for obtaining and offering help to other users, and for requesting new features. Staff members of Innobase Oy frequently visit all of these forums.

You can also connect with members of a community of helpful people who are knowledgeable in the InnoDB Forum on the MySQL site.
