From this page, you can download the source and binary form of the InnoDB Plugin, release 1.0.6 for MySQL 5.1.41.

Note:
It is always wise to to back up your data before you install a new version of software. Although Innobase has worked hard to ensure the reliability of the InnoDB Plugin, even with this early adopter release, you should make a backup of your database before trying the InnoDB Plugin.
