The software integrates several popular open source products into one
easy-to-use and powerful product. On the server side, Maguma PHP4EE Server
consists of PHP 4.1, Apache 1.3.2x, MySQL-Max and the CVS version control
system.

A web-based management interface allows the administrator to easily
manage the Apache, MySQL, and PHP configuration, and to create different
pre-defined types of distributed web server architectures. It also features
popular MySQL management and CVS access applications.

On the client side, software developers can use a powerful IDE, Maguma PHP4EE
Studio, to write their web applications. The new Maguma PHP4EE Visual Builder,
which can be used alternatively to create PHP applications, is a visual editor to
bring Rapid Application Development to PHP.

Some of the conversion options are:

• Microsoft SQL server (versions 6.5, 7.0 and 2000) to MySQL
• Oracle to MySQL
• Sybase to MySQL
• IBM DB2 to MySQL

Using SQLPorter you can migrate simple databases with the included wizard,
and migrate complex databases with the full functioning GUI interface,
which gives you more options to further
refine the migration, such as selecting a list of tables only.
You can take control of your migration remote from the source and destination
database.
The SQLPorter tool kit model makes it very portable, allowing you to
import and migrate your data from Microsoft
SQL server, using a laptop or a workstation remote from where the source and
destination database are installed.

Middlegen is a code generation tool for EJB 2.0 CMP/CMR Entity Beans.
It is useful if you have a database with existing tables and you want
to map the tables to Entity Beans. You don’t want to write a lot of code.
You want the code to be generated. The code generated by Middlegen relies
on further processing by
XDoclet to produce even more code (home/remote/local interfaces,
primary key classes and deployment descriptors).

Slash has a wide variety of features, including extremely broad
customizability options, templates, plugsin, news boards, RSS publishing,
an advanced comment system and personal journals for all users.
Changes: This is the code currently running slashdot. It includes the new discussion
system, updated journals, message system, and a lot of feature
enhancements. All live SQL queries are under a second and it has been
tested with the MySQL Innodb table handlers. The first round of upgrade

Features include PAM support, IPv6, chroot()ed home directories,
virtual domains, built-in ‘ls’, anti-warez system, bandwidth
throttling, bounded ports for passive connections, upload/download
ratios, native MySQL (with optional InnoDB transactions) and LDAP
directory support, XML and HTML status report, Apache-like log files

Pure-FTPd is translated into the following languages : english,

Pure-FTPd can be configured from the KDE control center. ftpStats
is a tool to create nifty HTML statistical reports from Pure-FTPd
“stats” log files. PureDB, the tiny and fast indexing library used by
Pure-FTPd 0.99.2 and later, is available as a separate package, for
all applications that needs quick access to constant databases.

Changes: Fixes for all E_ALL errors, language choice for all the admin pages,
breaks
are shown in the forum, most-read reviews on the application index page,
enabling of simple table tags, displaying a list of allowed tags within the
editor, simple HTML checking, storing review views in the score field of
the review table, and adding descriptions of some new options in the configfile.
