Orders require this information:

  • The license type (evaluation, 1-year or perpetual)
  • Your name/company name
  • Your email address
  • The hostname of your server computer (show with the “hostname” command)
  • Your platform: hardware and operating system

    • In addition, for a 1-year or perpetual license:

  • Whether or not you want to purchase 1-year email support
  • The VAT number of your organization, if you are located in the European Union

Notes

Payment is made in euros (EUR, €) via credit card. To pay via wire transfer, please use this contact form. If you pay by bank wire, you are responsible for banking fees, so that Innobase receives the full amount of the license fees. Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT BANK CHECKS. A wire payment is much easier and less costly nowadays.

Note that a 1-year support contract covers 10 emails per year, per customer, regardless of how many servers you have licensed. Use this contact form to purchase support for existing licenses.
